I am a regular with Hair and Beauty Rooms and have been going there for years. I have mostly had great experiences with their kind and respectful staff. Recently I had a hair appointment with them which left me with a bad taste. I complained to the receptionist and left feeling quite upset and disappointed. Helen, the manager called me up the very next day to understand what had happened as she was not around when the incident took place. She not only apologised but went out of her way to make me feel welcome with her kind gestures. My post is essentially to thank Helen for her very positive and customer centric attitude. It’s because of people like her the place will always have returning customers. Helen thank you for going the extra mile for me. Much appreciated!

Very friendly team – from reception to the beauty treatment team. I had my 1st bikini wax in ages – Mia was really friendly and reassuring – the waxing was pretty quick and not that painful.

I have visited this salon over several years. I have watched how it has evolved. This last few years brought more changes which included many safety measures enabling the clients to feel totally safe in their hands. One of their biggest assets is the staff who are friendly and very well informed. I have been going to The Hair & Beauty Rooms for over 13 years. I have had shoulder and back pain for a number of years and have regular maintenance massages there as well as other ad-hoc services. Despite the salon being a 15-min drive from home, it is my first choice for beauty treatments. It is professionally and exceptionally well run, clean, friendly, accommodating. It offers an extensive range of services and products, and continuously keeps innovating. Kelly is by far one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Kelly’s magic hands alleviate my pain, leave me rejuvenated every time and help me to carry on with life. Thank you to the salon and Kelly for a first-class service!
