Taylor is amazing, she really knows what she's doing and will listen to your concerns and offers solutions that actually work. She's never pushy and never over recommends products, which I appreciate, and her knowledge base is huge. She fixed my highlights and cut from another salon and I haven't been this happy with my hair in years! I also saw Laura, the Sherlock Holmes of skin problems. She gives great, bespoke facials. She really listened to my concerns and goals and then gave me a practical path to follow. She has clearly helped many people with all kinds of skin concerns. She is also not pushy and recommends the less-is-more approach, only recommending products that would actually be useful for me. I'm very impressed with this salon. Every person who I encountered is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's clean, busy and a fun place to be! And if you need some tea, just ask Nancy 🙂

Hot stone massage (back) was so good. Kelly was so intuitive and did great. The staff are so lovely. Note: the back massage says "includes scalp" but it doesnt anymore. They were kind enough to give me an added scalp massage for the confusion but honestly I didnt mind as the hot stone massage was good enough and just what I needed. Coming back in a month!
