I am a regular with Hair and Beauty Rooms and have been going there for years. I have mostly had great experiences with their kind and respectful staff. Recently I had a hair appointment with them which left me with a bad taste. I complained to the receptionist and left feeling quite upset and disappointed. Helen, the manager called me up the very next day to understand what had happened as she was not around when the incident took place. She not only apologised but went out of her way to make me feel welcome with her kind gestures. My post is essentially to thank Helen for her very positive and customer centric attitude. It’s because of people like her the place will always have returning customers. Helen thank you for going the extra mile for me. Much appreciated!
