Kelly is excellent in every way. I experience a regular high quality back massage with plenty of inter action on my experience of the sessions. She’s highly professional and experienced and I would recommend her highly.

I am a regular with Hair and Beauty Rooms and have been going there for years. I have mostly had great experiences with their kind and respectful staff. Recently I had a hair appointment with them which left me with a bad taste. I complained to the receptionist and left feeling quite upset and disappointed. Helen, the manager called me up the very next day to understand what had happened as she was not around when the incident took place. She not only apologised but went out of her way to make me feel welcome with her kind gestures. My post is essentially to thank Helen for her very positive and customer centric attitude. It’s because of people like her the place will always have returning customers. Helen thank you for going the extra mile for me. Much appreciated!

I'm just back from The Beauty Rooms. Read my review here. Had a really lovely bespoke Elemis facial with Laura and it was one of the best facials I've ever had. A treatment with Amellia is always a wonderful treat for me. I walked in to the appointment quite stressed and not feeling too great; I walked out feeling calm and relaxed. My experience of Amellia is that she is a gifted therapist who is warm, welcoming and compassionate, and really knows her stuff. I look forward to my next treatment with her.
