Our stylist levels reflect a combination of client demand, availability, ongoing development, contribution to the salon and overall performance.
They are not a measure of who is the “best” stylist. Every member of our team follows the same salon standards and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience on every visit.
As stylists build their client base, maintain consistent performance and become increasingly in demand, they may progress through our stylist levels. This allows guests to choose the stylist and price point that best suits their needs.
Building
This level may include talented stylists who are new to The Hair & Beauty Rooms or are currently building their client base within the salon. Appointments are often more readily available, making this a great option for clients looking for flexibility and value.
Growing
Stylists at this level are continuing to build a loyal client base and growing demand for their appointments. They offer a balance of availability and flexibility whilst maintaining the high standards expected throughout the salon.
Established
These stylists have built a strong and consistent client following within the salon. Appointment availability may be more limited, particularly during peak periods, as demand for their services continues to grow.
In Demand
Stylists at this level have a well-established client base and are regularly requested by clients. Their diaries are typically busier, with appointments often requiring more advance booking.
Highly Requested (sometimes wait lists)
Our most in-demand stylists. They have built a highly loyal client following and often book further in advance due to strong demand for appointments. Availability may be more limited, particularly during popular times and seasons.

Patch Test Required – 48 Hours Before Your Appointment.
For selected colour services, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
To help keep your colour service safe and up to date, patch tests are also required if you have not had a colour appointment with us within the last 6 months.
Even if you have coloured your hair before, sensitivities and allergies can develop or change over time. A patch test helps us check for any reaction before your service.
A Patch Test May Be Required If:
• You are new to the salon.
• You have not had colour with us before.
• You have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months.
• Your medical history or skin sensitivity has changed.
• You are changing colour brand or formula.
• We feel it is necessary for your safety
