Salon Etiquette

In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request all mobile phones are switched to ‘silent’ during your time at the salon.

All clients are required to complete a consultation card before your treatment commences.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

Please let us know at the time of booking if you suffer from any known allergies or medical conditions, as some treatments may be unsuitable.

On Arrival

On your first visit we ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time in order to complete your consultation card and therefore benefit from your full treatment time.

Courses

Courses are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Courses are non-transferable between treatments for persons.

Deposits

All treatments booked over 1hr 30mins will require a 50% deposit with the exception of Saturday appointments which require a 50% deposit on treatments booked for 1hr or more. Deposits are refunded when complying with our cancellation policy.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within twelve months from date of issue. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only used for treatments, and not against products in our shop or in conjunction with course purchases. 

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change or credit is given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the treatment purchase – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 treatment.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

Health & Safety

To comply with our health and safety policy, we kindly ask that babies and children under the age of 8 accompany you whilst receiving your treatments. We do not have the facility to care for children, we hope you understand we cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests, your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Patch Tests

Some of our treatments require a patch test. Treatments can not commence until patch-test is completed and passed. 

Please pop into our salon and ask one of our receptionists to perform a patch test for your upcoming treatment.  This should be done at least 48 hours before your treatment.

If you develop irritation after receiving your patch test, please contact the salon immediately on 020 8467 899 so we can advise.

Hair Colouring

Clients are required to have a patch test before their first hair colouring appointment.

If booking for a balayage or highlights, please note that a 50% deposit is required.  This deposit is transferable should the client need to cancel, but only if cancelled in line with our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Children's Hair

Children’s haircuts are only available Tuesday – Friday, between 9-6pm.

Exceptions can be made for special occasions for cuts and blowdries, please email us to let our team know and we can accommodate you for a Saturday booking. 

Lateness of Appointment

Out of consideration for other clients we regret anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Valuables

Various treatments will require the removal of jewellery which will be kept in the treatment room. Please remember to take your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Due to ingredients being subject to change, we do not always list the ingredients used as we cannot guarantee that these lists will be complete, up-to-date and/or error-free. For an accurate listing of ingredients in each product, please refer to your product packaging or visit  the manufacturers website direct.
