Fat Removal
Cryolipolysis (fat freezing) is used to target stubborn pockets of fat. When fat cells are exposed to a precise cooling below body temperature, they undergo crystallisation and localised cell death (apoptosis).
Using the unique combination of electro and cryotherapy, 20-40% of the fat cells treated in the area die naturally and dissolve over several months. These damaged fat cells in the treated area are gently eliminated through the body’s normal metabolic process.
It can used in many areas of the body, including the abdomen love handles, chin, upper arms and inner thighs.

Fat Melting (radio frequency) uses a radio frequency treatment to target fatty areas. In general, fat cells are more resistant to radio frequency electrical current than other skin cells.
Regular skin cells are made mostly of water and fat cells are made mostly of oil.
As oil is less conductive to electrical currents than water, the fat cells heat up more quickly than other skin tissue due to the higher resistance. At a skin temperature of 40°C, the fat cells will start to melt and metabolism.

Skin Tightening
Skin Tightening (radio frequency) can be used to treat the face, body and cellulite.
Fibroblasts are the connective tissue cells that produce collagen and elastin.
Heating the deeper dermis to a constant 40-45°C stimulates fibroblast action and, in turn, increases the synthesis of new collagen and elastin fibres. This thermal trauma, which occurs to 5-30% of the collagen fibres, causes an immediate contraction of the fibres.
This contraction results in the production of new collagen. The diameter of the collagen fibres in the treated area is increased, and the spaces between the fibres are visibly reduced under a microscope.
This tightens the skin’s appearance and stimulates the increase in blood supply.

Inch Loss & Body Contouring
We use Cavitation to improve body contouring and inch loss.
The treatment uses an ultrasound wave to create a vibration within the fat layer, this disrupts the fat cells as they do not have the structural capacity to withstand this vibration and the cell membranes break down quickly.
It can be used on the arms, back, buttocks, abdomen and thighs.

Cellulite Reduction
Shockwave Therapy, also known as Acoustic Wave Therapy uses Radial Pressure Waves which are pulses generated by compressed air. This drives a projectile in a cylinder, located inside a handpiece, to push the energy into the skin.
This, in turn, shrinks and permeates fat cells promoting fat metabolism, activating the metabolism and clearing the system of impurities through lymphatic drainage, increasing blood supply for skin tightening and softening and strengthening the connective tissue to treat cellulite.
Shockwave Therapy can be used on the abdomen, legs and arms.

Is Non-Surgical Liposuction / Cavitation Safe?
Minor bruising is among the possible side effects. A comprehensive list of side effects, precautions and contraindications will be discussed during your in-person consultation. Do not undergo cavitation if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How should I prepare for my 3D Lipo Inch Loss Treatment?
Avoid consuming heavy meals before or after the treatment. Do not drink any alcohol or caffeine on the day of your cavitation treatment.
Keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least 1.5 litres of water per day during the course of your cavitation treatment.

How do I know if Fat Freezing is right for me?

What does fat freezing feel like?
At first, you will feel suction from the vacuum as the skin is pulled upwards into the applicator head, which may feel slightly uncomfortable. The area will then feel cold as the departure drops below -5 degrees.
You may experience stinging, and some numbness and most people get used to this sensation within a few minutes and can relax during the rest of their treatment.
Are there any side effects?
Although this is a non-invasive treatment, you may experience some side effects such as discomfort in the treated area for 2 to 3 days, localised numbness for up to 2 months and bruising that can occur and last up to 10 days.
Does this fat reduction treatment come with any risks?
Cryolipolysis fat freezing is unsuitable for pregnant or women who are breastfeeding. A full list of side effects, cautions and contraindications will be discussed with you during your consultation.
How many treatments will I need?
Fat freezing is a one-off treatment which lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the area size and how many areas are being treated.
If more than one treatment is required, this can be carried out between 6 weeks and three months later, depending on whether or not shockwave therapy is incorporated into the treatment.
Is there anything I should and shouldn't do before and after treatment?
Do not consume large meals immediately before your procedure, or directly afterwards. We also recommend avoiding alcohol and caffeine on the day of your treatment.

This treatment is unsuitable for pregnant and or breastfeeding women.

How long does RF Skin Tighening results last?

A course of treatment is typically 8 -10 individual sessions.
What aftercare is needed following RF Skin Tightening?
Avoid rubbing creams or lotions on the treated area within 24 hours of the radio frequency procedure. No hot shower or bath for 24 hours.
Can I combine 3D-Body RF with other treatments?
A lot of clients who opt for 3D-Body RF treatment tend to combine it with other procedures. Typically, this treatment can be combined with 3D-cavitation, to devise a treatment course to target fat removal, cellulite and skin tightening for an all-round package. However, 3D-Body RF can be performed as a standalone course depending on personal targets.

What will I experience during the treatment?
3D-Body RF is a relaxing treatment.
First of all, an ultrasound gel will be placed onto the skin, this acts as a conductor for the 3D-Body RF energy.
A handpiece with metal probes will be placed onto the skin and moved in gentle circular motions around the skin. You will hear a slight beeping noise coming from the machine, the handpiece will get warmer and warmer, building heat until it reaches 40 degrees.
Your therapist will use an infrared thermometer to measure the heat of the skin. Once the temperature has built up to 40 degrees, your therapist will continue to maintain the heat, continuing treatment on the area for 2 – 4 minutes, before moving onto the next area.

What will I experience during the treatment?
3D-shockwave is a comfortable treatment that feels like a tapotement massage. However, the treatment itself is noisy, making a loud knocking sound.
How many treatments are recommended?
A course of treatment is typically 8 -10 individual sessions.
What results can I expect from this treatment?
Results are seen as quickly as 2 weeks after starting the course. If you exercise and increase your water intake you may see even better results. 90% of women who took part in a clinical study would recommend this treatment.

Can I combine 3D-Shockwave with other treatments?
Many people who undergo 3D-Shockwave choose to combine it with other procedures. We would advise that you speak with one of our therapists prior to the commencement of 3D-Shockwave to discuss your previous treatments and also your treatment goals.
