The Ultimate 5 Star Facial
This 5 Star facial provides the complete facial solution to target an array of universal skin concerns including dehydration, skin-ageing, loose skin, dull complexion and congestion.
The 3D Hydr02 Facial offers seven different technologies, meaning that our therapists can offer more prescriptive, versatile and rounded facials than ever before, smoothing, hydrating and cleansing the skin, resulting in a glowing, more youthful appearance.
During treatment, our therapists can choose from one or all of the available technologies to create completely bespoke packages, ranging from 30 minutes for an express facial to 90 minutes for a deluxe facial.
How do the seven technologies in 3D-HydrO2 facial work?
Hydro Peel / Deep cleanse
Using a vacuum tip, skin is drawn onto the handpiece to infuse specialist AHA and BHA solutions providing a deep cleanse and hydration while aiding extraction.
Exfoliation
This step triggers the Bohr effect encouraging the blood to deliver oxygen to the skin. The active ingredients used are Kojic Acid and Retinol, which result in clearer, hydrated and brighter skin.
Oxygenation
This step encourages maximum absorption allowing intense skin hydration. Applying oxygen to the skin with this method will help increase cell metabolism.
Skin Lifting
This treatment uses electroporation to increase the absorbency of the cell for product penetration. This, in turn, revitalises and wakes up dull and lifeless skin.
Skin Tightening
Radiofrequency technology is used to increase collagen reproduction in mature skin. Skin tightening is ideal for incorporating into an anti-ageing facial. The ultrasound technology used in this step aids the product infusion and increases hydration in the deeper layer of the skin.
Hydration
The ultrasound technology used in this step aids the product infusion over a hyaluronic mask where lines and wrinkles are likely to appear for a visible reduced affect, and increases hydration in the deeper layer of the skin.
Fire & Ice
The “fire” represents the heat element during treatment. Using this applicator, heat is incorporated into the beginning of the facial protocol to open the pores, increase blood supply and aid product infusion and strengthen the skin.
The “ice” represents the “cryo facial” and uses cooling technology to chill the skin down to 5˚C. This is used at the end of the facial to decrease the blood supply, giving a tightening effect and sealing in the infused products. This also helps to reduce any erythema following treatment.

Who is suitable for this treatment?
As this facial is completely bespoke, the treatment is suitable for clients looking to target a number of skin concerns, from anti-ageing to congestion.
Clients must be aged 18 or over with no contraindications to treatment.
How do I know which facial is best for me?
During your consultation, your therapist will discuss your facial concerns and will then be able to advise which facial and technologies are best suited to you.
What will I feel during the treatment?
During treatment, clients will experience varying sensations depending on the technologies that are used on them. However, the overall feeling is very relaxing, cooling and completely pain-free. Our skin lifting technology may trigger slight twitching due to muscle contractions caused by the treatment, but this is normal and does not cause any discomfort.
How will my skin react to the treatment?
You may experience minor erythema (redness) post-treatment, however, this is reduced due to the cryo facial that is used at the end of each treatment.
What results can I expect?
The results from this treatment will vary depending on which facial you choose. However, all of these facials result in a smooth, hydrated and glowing appearance. Our anti-ageing facials will also display a tightened finish to the skin while our congestion facial will help with skin texture and bacteria.
How many treatments are recommended?
A course of six-to-eight sessions are recommended for the best results, however, clients will see a great result after just one treatment.
What aftercare is required?
As these facials are completely non-surgical, there is no downtime from the treatments and you can continue with your day-to-day activities straight away.
Although no aftercare is formally required, we will always recommend that clients protect their skin with SPF 30+. Our therapists can advise you should you have any concerns.
